Small, caring support groups are an essential part of any NAMI affiliate's outreach to those struggling with mental illness in the community. Support groups normally meet on the first Tuesday of the month. Anonymity, empathy and respect are the cornerstones of NAMI Eastern’s support groups. Our groups feature sharing and synergistic solutions to a wide range of problems presented by attendees. Join us and be a part of this important process. You will find both help and hope at a NAMI Eastern support group.
